We take privacy concerns very seriously and are committed to ensuring that our handling of personally identifiable information complies with applicable data protection and privacy laws and related regulations. Account information: You give us information about yourself, such as contact and billing information. We also keep service-related history and details, including Customer Proprietary Network Information.
Network performance: We monitor and test the health and performance of our network. This includes your use of Products and Services to show how our network and your device are working.
Web browsing information: We automatically collect a variety of information which may include website pages browsing data.We may use cookies and similar tools to collect this information. We don’t decrypt information from secure websites – such as passwords or banking information.
Third-party information: Third-party information: We get information from outside sources like social media, google, etc. Social media posts also may be collected, if you follow us, reach out to us directly or mention DCI Mobile. Sometimes this data is de-identified, aggregated, or anonymized.
Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”)
In the course of providing to you services that you have ordered from us, we may also collect information that is referred to by the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) as “Customer Proprietary Network Information” or “CPNI”. This includes information about the type, quantity, configuration, destination, location and amount of use of the telecommunications services you purchase, how you purchase and use those services and related billing and end user information.
Under federal law, your Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)— Type of Service, Amount of Usage, Call Detail Information, Subscriber’s Location—is kept confidential.
With this Opt-In Consent, you give us the permission to: offer and share tailored products or services, and improve contractors’ marketing analyzation. We may share information with affiliates and other companies to deliver our ads and marketing or to assess their effectiveness.
We don’t share CPNI outside of our DCI Mobile affiliates, agents and suppliers without your consent except for court orders, fraud detection, providing service, network operations and security, aggregate (grouped) information that doesn’t identify you personally and as otherwise authorized by law.

The length of time we keep your information for can vary depending upon the way in which we use the information. notification to the customer that a port-out request or a SIM change request associated with the customer’s account was made.
Customer Choice, Controls and Changes
We take customer privacy and personal identifiable information seriously. Customers have the choices to:
Access and Delete: You could always view the information we have about you. You could ask us to delete information that is linked to you, we remove user personal information following the rules of states with deletion laws.
Prohibit Sell or Share: DCI Mobile does not share customer information with any third-party affiliates for marketing and advertising. You have the right to opt out of sharing and selling your personal information.
Appeal or Correct: We always help with a data privacy request. You could always correct your personal information we have about you via the personal center, and submit requests via customer service hotline and WeChat official account.
Based on deletion laws, DCI Mobile has the rights to keep customer information for:
Running the business
Security and fraud protection
Compliance with legal obligations
Marketing our products and services to our own customers.
